Lightning Step has forged a strategic alliance with the Foundation for Recovery Science and Education (FoRSE) to revolutionize the landscape of addiction treatment. As a privileged FoRSE Technology Partner, Lightning Step empowers its customers to contribute to the FoRSE Addiction Treatment Outcomes Program, a collaborative initiative led by the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers (NAATP).

The FoRSE Program enables addiction treatment providers across the United States to come together to share de-identified patient data, building a comprehensive repository that informs quality care for Substance Use Disorder (SUD). Lightning Step is at the forefront of this revolution and invites others in the industry to join this exciting movement.

On November 30, 2022, FoRSE brought together leaders from over 60 nationally recognized addiction treatment facilities. This meeting marked the first opportunity to delve into the wealth of data collected through the FoRSE Program, representing over 115,000 unique patient episodes spanning all levels of care.

The insights gleaned from this data are nothing short of remarkable. From demographics and social determinants of health to treatment outcomes and patient-reported experiences, the FoRSE Program is painting a comprehensive picture of addiction treatment in the United States.

Lightning Step's pivotal role in this transformative initiative cannot be overstated. By seamlessly incorporating FoRSE data points and surveys into its platform, Lightning Step simplifies the process of treatment providers collecting and sharing critical information. With just a few effortless clicks, Lightning Step customers can join the FoRSE Program and contribute to shaping the future of addiction treatment.

The benefits of participating in the FoRSE Program are far-reaching. Treatment providers can demonstrate their value to stakeholders, compare outcomes with their peers, and engage in cutting-edge research studies. Most importantly, they become part of a collaborative community driven by a shared purpose: improving the lives of those affected by SUD.

As Dr. Annie Peters, Executive Director of FoRSE, eloquently stated, "Through collaborative science, we have the opportunity to have a real impact on how addiction healthcare is delivered, measured, and perceived."

So, what are you waiting for? If you're a Lightning Step customer or an addiction treatment provider looking to make a difference, now is your chance. Join us at the upcoming NAATP conference and visit the Lightning Step booth to learn how you can join this groundbreaking initiative.

Together, we can revolutionize addiction treatment, driven by data, collaboration, and an unwavering commitment to improving lives. Let's shape the future of recovery, one patient at a time.
