In the top-right corner click on your name and click "Clinical/Medical Configuration".
Clinical/Medical Configuration> Medication Admin Config

Then click "Medication Admin Config"
Add the name of the new frequency to the Frequency field and click the "+".
Note: A good practice would be to scroll through the list of frequencies to see if a similar one exists.
Select a Frequency timeframe, this example is "Once a Month".
Select a Time during the day when the medication is to be administered. Keep in mind that all times are military time.
Click the "+" to add the time.
Add any notes about the frequency and click "Save".
