- Configuration (Implementation) Fee for each location:
- Inpatient Residential – $10,000
- Day Treatment / PHP (5-7 hrs/day) – $10,000
- Intensive Outpatient / Sober Living – $5,000
- Implementation includes: Configuration of a dedicated server to reflect your Services, Fees, Program Users, Permissions/Roles, Admission Consents and Documents, Clinical Groups, Medication Management, Billing Information, and other specific components and additional interfaces selected.
- Data Migration Fee -$150 / hr – Optional: Includes Clients Demographic data transfer to Lightning Step EMR.
- Onsite Training Fee – $1,200 / day plus travel expenses. Proposals will be submitted upon request.
- Offsite Training Fee – $150 / hr via webinar. Proposals will be submitted upon request.
- Customization Fee – $150 / hr. Estimates will be submitted upon request and based on individual needs and requests.
- Consulting on Organizational Systems, Assessment and Performance Improvements, Accreditation, Data Reporting, and Best Practices Documentation – $1,200 / day plus travel expenses. Proposals will be submitted upon request.
- Monthly Subscription to start 30 days after implementation.
- Preferred Provider Interface for Billing (Zirmed) – $1,000
- Preferred Provider Interface for UDS (Dominion and Quest) – No Charge
- Non-Preferred Provider Interface for Billing and/or UDS – $2,000
- QuickBooks integration – Full financial interface with online QuickBooks account – $5,000
